Professional Growth Gardener 🌱: People Programs & Operations at Clay

I build cultures where people can grow and thrive. At Clay, that means building the systems and feedback loops that support our ambitious mission: to help companies find and grow their best customers, and turn any growth idea into a reality.

I help run Clay’s people programs such as onboarding, engagement surveys, and leveling. I also support People Operations - people data, benefits, compliance, and the operational infrastructure that keeps the garden healthy.

Previously I was at Bubble, and you can find some content about my time there on LinkedIn and in this interview with Ethena.

Living a Full Life: Performer, Runner, Philanthropist

8 shows and counting with Afterwork Theater. Most recently: Karen the Computer in The Spongebob Musical. Theater is where I remember that not everything needs to be productive. Sometimes the goal is just to have fun. Afterwork Theater is where I have the most fun and feel most like my theater kid self.

Recently completed the United Airlines NY Half Marathon on Team Shalom Task Force. Ran my first half last year - Yosemite Half Marathon. Running challenges me in the best way. My goals aren’t about beating anyone else - they’re about seeing what I’m capable of just for me. Plus I love seeing more of my city during a long run.

Associate Director of the Fleishhacker Foundation. Since 1947, we’ve worked to improve quality of life in the Bay Area through grants that support the arts and social justice. As a San Francisco native, I’m proud to carry forward my family’s values and invest in the place that shaped me.

What Made Me Me: Before My Adult Life

Barnard College Religious Studies Major. Barnard brought me to New York. I studied religion to better understand my own community’s traditions and to learn about others’. Studying belief systems — and how to research them carefully and critically — shaped the way I think about people, identity, and decision-making.

URJ Camp Newman Camper and Staff Member. Camp is magic — the kind that stays with you long after summer ends. It shaped who I am and how I build community and relationships today.

The Urban School of San Francisco and Katherine Delmar Burke School alum. Always happy to connect with students and fellow alums.
